The customer service counter is always nice and courteous even if they are having a natural human irritable moment....they snap back and make your encounter or business experience smooth. The customers that patronize this establishment are hard working people, some who are about to retire and others who are retired and other's who work hard everyday and just need an establishment who respect and honor their position but at the same time we have to respect their commitment to providing an utmost customer service experience.

Trashy Publix is the best way to describe this location! Disorganized, rude, inattentive, slow, discriminating towards guests! Save yourself the stress and go to Chapel Hill Rd or Hwy 5 location! This location sucks!
The staff is Always Friendly and makes you feel welcomed! Someone is always approaching you offering assistance without you having to ask even when you don’t require it. The store is always clean and well stocked. It’s the best Publix I’ve had the opportunity to visit and I will continue to be a regular patron.
This location store was well stocked and clean. The produce areas that I selected from had zero insects and was very organized. The checkout cashier was friendly and asked me if I found everything I needed during my visit. That was thoughtful.
