This business is so fraudulent and dishonest. Do not call them in the event of an emergency! When I called at 7pm, the dispatcher notified me that it would take a locksmith 30-35 minutes to get to my location. The locksmith took 2 hours to get to me! I was stuck outside with a small child, which is so unsafe. Secondly, the dispatcher quoted me a price at $39 plus a $15 dispatch fee. When the locksmith got there, he quoted me $20 for the dispatch fee plus $160 to unlock my door, claiming that it was a difficult lock. In fact, it took less than 2 minutes for him to pop my lock open. While en route, the locksmith constantly lied about how long it was going to take him to get to my location, as well. They should be ashamed of themselves for preying on customers in dire situations. Had I known that it would take an hour and a half longer and $120 more to receive service, I would have called another company! Silly me for soliciting a neighborhood company, and I usually prefer to support small businesses. Be wise with your money and do not call these people.
